Common Sleep Issues My baby wakes up every 2 hours every night. I’m exhausted. Bedtime seems to take forever. My partner and I feel frustrated every night. My toddler is scared of sleeping alone in his own room. My baby will only sleep while I’m holding him. As soon as I put him down he wakes up. My toddler will not go to bed before 10pm… sometimes even midnight. My twins sleep in the same room and one keeps waking up the other. None of us are getting any sleep. I’m thinking of giving my baby formula to help her sleep through the night. They told me to sleep when the baby sleeps but I have other things I need/want to do while she naps. I’m so tired though. My baby just dropped one of his naps and now our whole routine has been messed up. He’s constantly cranky. My baby will only fall asleep while nursing therefore I am the only person who can put him to sleep at night. My child won’t go to sleep without me. I have a child with special needs and he finds it very difficult to calm himself and settled down at bedtime. My toddler becomes wild in the evening and will not settle down. My baby has reflux and constantly wakes up crying if she is put down to sleep. She likes to be held upright. My baby goes down easily for a nap, but she wakes up after 30 minutes. How can I help her take longer naps? I’ve always rocked my baby to sleep, but now I’d like to be able to lay her down and have her fall asleep on her own. My child wakes up screaming in the middle of the night and it’s very difficult to calm her down.
