My sleep consultation packages are tailored in such a way so as to set my clients up for success. Although there are common issues among families and children, there are no one-size-fits-all solutions. My availability varies, but I can often accommodate a new client within about a week and sometimes sooner. Sessions can be held in either Greek or English. However, my sleep plans are currently only available in English.
Intro Call
Complimentary (30 mins)
It is important that you feel comfortable working with me! This free introductory call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. You can ask me questions and learn more about the way I work. In turn, I will explain how I could potentially help you and your family improve your child’s sleep.
During this call I aim to get an understanding of what your family’s sleep goals are and so that I can advise you on what package would work best for you.
Other bonuses you will gain from this call include:
- Empathy and understanding
- Basic tips and best-practices for you to try
- An understanding of what is “normal” and what is to be expected of a child at that age and developmental stage
- Referral to other professionals if I feel that the issue is beyond my scope.

Sleep Express

The Sleep Express is a one-off session that does not include any follow-up or support but is perhaps ideal for those parents who want to tackle a sleep challenge on their own and would just like to know how to go about it gently and effectively. This is generally successful for simple, straightforward issues that do not require a lengthy sleep plan duration.

Tailored for new or expectant parents, this package aims to empower and give them the confidence they need to face the 4th trimester. Coming home with a newborn baby can be overwhelming and exhausting. During this session I will provide you with valuable, research-based insight and information on the following subjects and more:
- What is normal and what should be expected of your baby.
- Setting up a great sleep environment.
- Establishing routines.
- Sleep safety – do’s and dont’s.
- Introducing positive sleep associations.
- Recognizing and understanding hunger cues and sleep cues.

Our first session will be scheduled once I’ve had the opportunity to study and analyze a completed questionnaire and sleep diary for your child. Following an in-depth discussion, I will suggest a few options which I believe will help resolve the sleep challenges you are facing and help you cope better as a parent. We will assess which option feels the most comfortable and achievable for your family and we will break it down further over the following sessions.
Following our call, you will receive my initial sleep session notes for your child via email which will include a summary of our session as well as a breakdown of the issues and the possible reasons or explanations behind them. Where necessary I will also lay out simple steps which you can follow according to your goals.

Follow-up & Support
Included in full sleep consultation packages or can be added on to a Sleep Express

Having help and support on-hand while implementing a sleep plan helps you commit to it and sets you up for success.
During our coaching, you will have access to me via email, messenger or Whatsapp for a full 5 weeks for any feedback or support you may require. I will allow you to initiate contact as you see fit.
Follow-ups can include:
- letting me know how things went the night before
- letting me know what you are struggling with
- letting me know what improvements have been achieved
- tweaking the sleep plan
- slowing down or speeding up the sleep plan
- skipping or postponing a step from the sleep plan
- venting 🙂
Group Sessions
- Group 2-3 hr session depending on group size
- Session notes & personalized quick wins
Gather some of your friends together (up to 5 people) and we can book a group session to discuss any concerns or struggles you each have about your child’s sleep. I’ll answer your questions and offer you evidence-based information, tips and tricks and best-practices to follow. Group sessions are great because you get the added benefit of gaining insight from other people’s expeiences.
Session notes and quick wins will be sent out to all participants via email following a group session so everyone has something to work with. These sessions do not include a sleep diary analysis for each child. A sleep plan is not provided following group sessions.
